The goal of the project is to create a truly unique retail, commercial, and residential experience in Ahmedabad, with a dense urban fabric that caters to all people from various social and economic backgrounds. The design of the township is based on the connection of two existing fragmented properties into a cohesive whole via a commercial spine running through the two areas. Sustainable infrastructure techniques will be employed throughout the site, while the overall design and orientation is Vastu compliant.
The design approach blends international urban planning methods and colloquial ways of life to create a response that is not only memorable, but functional and usable by myriad user types.
