Niagara University sought a master plan that would return its campus to its pedestrian-based core and reinforce the university's academic mission - to provide an active learning environment through the integration of classroom knowledge and practical experience. The master plan includes projections for a future path, incorporating programmatic links within the campus core and the Niagara community. Analysis included a land use evaluation (programmatic and site), historic preservation, signage / gateways, circulation, and green connections.
