A master plan study was conducted for a mixed-use development situated along the Delhi-Mumbai National Highway near Jaipur, India. A multi-building campus situated on 11 acres of land, the project includes a hotel, convention center, condominium residences, retail, a research / academic institute, and student housing, totaling over 1,500,000 square feet of construction. The plan includes extensive use of sustainable building techniques, including water conservation and energy harvesting technologies.
