With offices in several major U.S. cities, McGuireWoods LLP needed a fresh new image for each individual location.  A complete interior and engineering rehab of two floors in the PIttsburgh office was phased so that personnel could continue working throughout construction.  At the Chicago office, work included the design of a 4,500-square-foot conference center and general refurbishment of the remainder of the 15,400-square-foot space.  The New York office was able to remain in operation while interior design services were performed.  In Richmond, a facilities master plan outlined renovations to nine floors of existing space.  With a high priority placed on maintaing efficient project costs, the design team worked to preserve as much of the offices' existing architecture as possible.
