We created an identity that would distinguish Jebel Ali Village as a signature neighborhood community with a sense of home, diversity and celebration. We developed an experiential brand that embodied "the simple beauty of life," selecting the indigenous Royal Poinciana tree to help create a vibrant neighborhood setting. A strong iconic symbol for the village, the tree embodies history, connections, the park and its varied activities, longevity, growth, renewal and spirit. This symbol, set within a green rectangle to represent the shape of the park as a connecting spine of the village, extended onto hardscape elements such gates, benches, pavement, signage and wayfinding, and advertisements. Our smart marketing package enabled our client to obtain critical stakeholders that could advance the project to the next steps.
