The boutique research facilities are designed to service highly specialized clients by providing integrity and confidentiality of the research activity. The project supports the expansion of research and development capabilities by providing modern, flexible laboratory space conducive to the development of innovative technologies. Additionally, the building houses administrative, research and development, formulation and development, and all other necessary support facilities.
Key design objectives included providing facilities that gracefully adapt to the rapidly changing discovery methods for science, while accommodating a great diversity in research approaches from cell culture to computer science.
