200 Minuteman Park was designed with flexibility in mind. As part of a high-tech industrial park in Massachusetts, the three-story building includes space for office and administration functions, electronics research, and development labs. A dramatic, three-story central atrium maximizes daylight penetration to the interior. Each half of the building is serviced by its own dedicated core, providing for future flexibility and multi-tenant leasing. The building skin utilizes low-E reflective glazing and insulated metal panels faceted along the curved northern facade to maximize thermal efficiency and reduce energy costs.
