Principal

As an original member of the Washington, DC office, Scott has been with Burt Hill for the entirety of his nearly 30-year professional career.  Scott shares the day-to-day management and design responsibility of the DC office with David Capelli.  His project experience ranges from energy analysis and energy research to the design and construction of facilities for universities and federal, state and local governments.  As the firm’s market sector leader for broadcast and communication facilities, he has completed several award-winning designs for major corporations.  An alumnus of the University of Maryland, Scott received both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor in General Studies with a double major in psychology/philosophy.
