Pat's efforts focus on continuing to make Burt Hill a great place to work, placing the emphasis on employees during recruitment, development, and long-term retention through engagement. Prior to her involvement with Burt Hill, Pat served eight years as Vice President of Organizational Development, Diversity and Learning for an international hospitality firm, and gained earlier experience in training and development with Verizon as their Manager of Instructional Systems. Pat holds a bachelor’s from Earlham College, a master’s from Boston College, and a doctorate from the University of Maryland. She is a certified HR professional.
