Acting as Burt Hill's Director of Healthcare for the MENA Region, Norman draws from his 25+ years of experience in designing healthcare, laboratory, senior care, and residential facilities in the Middle East, United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Pacific Rim.  His client-focused approach helps to develop lasting relationships with clients, and he uses his expertise as a facilitator and communicator to interpret and implement their needs.  Norman values people and enjoys sharing his professional experience with each project team to help develop creative design solutions.
