Karen Pappas

Principal, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Board of Directors

Karen joined Burt Hill’s accounting department as a CPA in 1984 and progressed through the ranks of associate and senior associate before being named chief financial officer in 1999.  She oversees finance operations, tax reporting, and compliance firmwide, and has been responsible for implementing technology in the accounting department.  Karen is a principal in the firm.  She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Accounting.
