John is Burt Hill's chief operations officer, and a member of the board of directors and the firm's executive committee. With 30+ years of experience and a passion for improving methodologies as well as lives, John’s primary focus is on healthcare. He has managed large, complex projects from design through ongoing facilities management, and has conducted numerous presentations and lectures on cutting-edge technology for hospitals. In addition to his project responsibilities, he serves on the firm's quality control committee, which is charged with identifying and implementing procedures to assure a consistent quality of documents. After graduation from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, John completed additional architectural studies in Teschnicle Hochschule, Darmstadt, Germany.
